This is a set of hood wickers for the C6 T1 style louvers. These wickers cause a low pressure area to form above the louvers, increasing their flow. They also generate a high pressure area just forward of the wicker, generating a small amount of additional down force.
Wickers are made from PAHT-CF, a strong plastic that is UV, Water and High temperature stable, but flexible enough to conform to the curvature of the hood during installation. This plastic also resists the fastener pull through that is common on softer wickers available today.
Kit includes black stainless steel fasteners, nuts, washers, and a Torx bit to make installation easy. To install, drill out your existing rivets with a 1/8" bit, then enlarge the hole in the Louver and Hood with a 11/64" bit to fit the M4 fasteners provided, then bolt in place/
