C6 Z06/GS Ultimate Oil Cooling Kit

This is the ultimate Single Cooler Kit for the C6 Z06 and GS!

From my on track testing:

• 9PSI increase in Oil Pressure
• 15°F drop in Coolant Temperatures
• Significant drop in Oil Temperatures!

On hot days >90°F My oil temps would climb to 285F within minutes and continue climbing until I did cooldown laps. With this setup, I am stable at 275F for 30 min sessions on track at 95°F.

This kit uses dual fans to keep air flow over the cooler, even at low speeds. Added bonus that it cools your oil down rapidly when pitted. Thermostats on the fans keep them off during your car's warm up period.

Louvers in the fender liner allow the hot air out rapidly, while keeping debris from your tires out of the cooler.

Intake scoops at the inlet force additional air in at high speeds.

Bracket is made from 304 Stainless Steel and fully TIG welded

Fitment Notes (!)

-Fits Manual Cars Only!

-You will be cutting notches into your under-hood fuse box for clearance

-Kit is NOT compatible with factory brake cooling intake or duct. These parts will need to be removed

-Kit IS compatible with 9 Lives Racing front splitter, and incorporates a replacement drivers side splitter mount

-Kit MAY be compatible with other front splitters

-You will be making your own AN lines, instructions are provided here

-Once warmed up, heat from the engine block will keep the fans on when up to temp, even if the oil temp dips below 180F.

-Fans will run in ACC mode when engine is up to temp.
