I've designed up a Block Off Plate for the brake duct hole in the ZR1 style splitters, to increase down force when used with a true splitter.
Filament is waterproof and stable up to 300F (Bambu Labs PET-CF). The block off follows the contour of the lip opening, there is a small gap that should be fill-able with the EOS provided 3M tape.
